Frequently Asked Questions

  • If your sticker is damaged, miss printed or we simply sent you the wrong order, don't fret, send us a picture along with a copy of your digital receipt and we will send you another sticker free of charge!
    There is no need to send your original order back.

  • Due to the size of your order, your stickers will be carefully packaged in a 6×9 colored bubble mailer and shipped with USPS Ground, including tracking.

    If you’re waiting for a shipping update, please check the USPS website using the tracking number provided via email.

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure quick delivery without delays. If you entered the wrong address, let us know within 24 hours so we can correct it for you at no additional cost.

  • Remove all dust and particles for the best stick and clean with alcohol. This will prevent possible issues such as bubbling or peeling.
    Excess exposure to harsh lighting can result in sticker pigment fading

  • If you’re interested in a custom sticker design for your business, work event, or party, please fill out the inquiry form on the Work With Cam page. We’ll follow up with more information to help you get started.

    Glossy Vinyl stickers are now water resistant but are not dishwasher safe quite yet! They look excellent on dry surfaces such as card stock, notebooks, scrapbooks, and planners.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

    • Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an address change is not requested within 24 hours of purchase, the order will be sent to the address on file. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders delivered to the wrong address.

    • Delivered Orders: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. No refunds or replacements will be provided for delivered items.

    • Incorrect Orders (Customer Error): We do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed incorrectly by the customer (including selecting the wrong item, quantity, or design).
